Email supportCommon questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can create and read private pours without an account. Sign in with Apple is required only if you choose the optional Creator Credits program.
Where are my photos and recipes?
Private Studio photos, recipes, colors, outcomes, titles, tags, and notes are stored on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to PourKeeper's backend in V1. Back up important original artwork separately. Deleting the app may remove its local data.
What is free?
You can save up to 10 pours free. Studio Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited new pours. Your first 10 records remain readable if you do not purchase.
How do I restore Studio Lifetime?
Open Settings > Studio Lifetime > Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that completed the purchase. If you are offline, reconnect and try again. A previously verified entitlement should remain available on that installation while a refresh is temporarily unavailable.
How do Creator Credits work?
Invite a real creator. If the invited person accepts and completes one original Wet-to-Dry Pour Story, both people earn a USD 2 price credit toward Studio Lifetime. Each account can apply up to five credits, and the price floor is USD 9.99.
Credits are optional, have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not create refunds after purchase. No App Store rating, review, public post, contact upload, or social-media action is required.
Why is an earned offer unavailable?
The service may be offline, the invitation may not have qualified, the offer may already have been claimed, or the current tier's one-time Apple code inventory may need replenishment. Your private Studio and normal Studio Lifetime purchase remain usable. Email support with the approximate time and a screenshot of the non-sensitive message. Never email the offer code itself.
How do reminders work?
PourKeeper asks for notification permission only when you schedule a dry reminder. If permission was denied, enable it in iPhone Settings > Notifications > PourKeeper. Denial does not delete the pour.
How do I share safely?
Preview the Pour Card before opening the iOS share sheet. Only the artwork and details visible in the preview are rendered into the card. Review the destination before sending. Its privacy rules apply after you share.
Delete a Creator Credits account
- Open PourKeeper > Settings > Creator Credits.
- Sign in if needed.
- Tap Delete Creator Credits Account.
- Review the explanation and confirm.
This deletes the server authentication account and account-owned invitation, credit, claimed-offer, and purchase-verification records, subject to the limited de-identified and security retention described in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete private pours stored on the iPhone or a locally verified App Store entitlement.
If in-app deletion fails, email x819217@gmail.com from a safe address and describe the error. Support will not ask for an Apple identity token or password.
